CELS is the wellness app operated by GSP INTERNATIONAL LTD EOOD (https://www.let-health-flow.com).
How to delete your account
- In the app (preferred): open Profile / Settings and choose Delete account (or equivalent). This removes your login and associated app data via our servers.
- By email: write to info@mycels.de from the email address on your account. Subject: CELS account deletion. Include your account email so we can identify you.
We process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
What is deleted
- Account credentials and profile identifiers
- Wellness logs you entered (meals, water, weight, journal, related device sync data)
- App preferences tied to your account
What may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for the retention period required by law)
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
- Purchase records managed by Google Play / Apple (those stay with the store; cancel subscriptions in the store account settings)
Partial data removal
You can edit or delete many individual entries inside the app (for example meals or journal items) without deleting the whole account. For broader erasure without full account deletion, email info@mycels.de.
