By accessing https://www.let-health-flow.com or using the Flow mobile or web applications, you agree to these Terms of Service with GSP INTERNATIONAL LTD EOOD ("we", "us").
2. Service description
Flow provides wellness tracking tools including nutrition logging, hydration, activity summaries, and optional device integrations. The mobile apps for iOS and Android are being released on the Apple App Store and Google Play; features may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Reverse engineering or interfering with service operation
5. Health disclaimer
Flow does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Content and scores are for informational and motivational purposes. Consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The Flow brand, software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to GSP INTERNATIONAL LTD EOOD. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary limitations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero for free use).
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Contact info@let-health-flow.com for account deletion requests.
10. Governing law
